I read books like Eating Animals, In Defense of Food, and the Engine 2 diet I documentaries like Fat sick and nearly dead and Forks over knives. I could no longer ignore what I learned and I was responsible for the knowledge I gained. I read Finding Ultra by Rich Roll, Thrive Foods by Brendan Brazier and Eat and Run by Scott Jurek. All three of those guys were amazing athletes and I wanted to be like them in all ways possible.
This site is to help people learn how to start a plant based diet and keep going on no matter what is happening financially or living situations. I am forever grateful for the people that went before me and pushed against all the false beliefs about nutrition, health and athletic possibilities while only eating plants.
